At Virelli Holdings, every handbag is handcrafted to order by skilled artisans. We do not mass-produce our products, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Manufacturing & Processing Time
As each item is custom made specifically for you, please allow 2–4 weeks for manufacturing before your order is shipped. Production times may vary slightly during peak periods, but we will keep you informed should there be any delays.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@virelliholdings.com. Kindly include your order number along with photographs of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable), and we will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
